Queens Farm Museum

Leona and I just got back from the Queens Farm Museum with our friends Melinda, JJ, and little Ben. We checked out some chickens, goats, and ponies. We passed on the hay ride and corn maze this year but did try to get a photo in the little baby pumpkin patch. LB was ready for her nap by this point but both the little ones really hung in there. We had a great time.

Super Exciting

Today we had a super exciting, fun day. We walked around the park, then we ate bowtie pasta with peas, then we passed out instead of watching the A-Team (which was very boring, sorry Anthony.)

JJ Visit

Our dear buddy Jen visited last weekend and true to our new suburban lifestyle we hit the diner and the park. It was awesome to see her and catch up! Here is Leona burning her mouth on hot scrambled eggs and then swinging like her life depends on it. (Jen took the lovely swing photo.)

My b-day

The only thing I wanted for my birthday this year was to go to the diner down the street with my little family and have a turkey burger. Turns out Leona wanted mozzarella sticks. Here she is giving me a little warning not to touch her cheese.

New boots!

With all the rain this month I thought it would be a good time to get LB some new rain boots. She walks a little funny in them but looks pretty cute. She's modeling them here with her PJs. They have a little kitty face but Josie has not tried to eat them yet.

Spending time with Grandma and Grandpa

The best part about moving out to Long Island has been that Leona gets to spend a lot of time with Grandma and Grandpa Mastropietro. These pictures were actually taken just before the big hurricane last month, we had a little sleep over at Grandma's.

Finished Kitchen!

Oh man I have been super duper blog lazy! The problem is that I turned 33 in the beginning of September and I have been playing with my birthday present nonstop for the past month. Anthony and Leona bought me an Iphone. Josie had nothing to do with it, she wanted to get me a gift certificate to petco. Anyways I will try to catch up on all that happened last month!
