Our First House

Anthony and I closed on our first house this week! It has a fenced yard for Josie, an actual bedroom for Leona Belle, and a wood paneled basement for Anthony. (It's also super close to the railroad for me, woo-hoo!) It's just two blocks from an elementary school, a church, and a nail salon. Yipee! We're going to miss our neighborhood but I'm excited to start decorating....

Walk to the park

Leona is getting more sure on her feet this week. Walking outside is a little more difficult because of all the distractions. She stops to say hi as other people walk by and she has to watch them walk away before she will continue on. Then there are the branches on the ground, which for some reason she wants to put in her mouth. Leona and Josie have so much in common, it's scary.

Easter Best

On Easter Sunday we headed out to Long Island to have a lovely dinner with family. The weather was perfect and LB didn't seem to mind wearing her Easter dress. At least for a little while.

Of course the week before little LB started to walk we bought her a crawl tunnel! I had to go through it first to show her how. Sadly we can't coax Josie through it, she's not interested.
